This includes all trade processing, as well as generating various reports. Essential Responsibilities Performs trade processing, including settlements and allocations. Creates holding reports, transaction reports, bond price/spread tracking reports, and month-end reports for Traders. Confirms and allocates all Public Fixed Income, ETFs, and Equity trades daily. Assists Traders with other day-to-day tasks. Other Duties Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Meticulous attention to detail. Quality of work should be near flawless. Professional composure with ability to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment, dealing with volatile market conditions. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage several tasks at one time and see them through to deadline. Strong team player with ability to work with and for several people. Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field required. 0-3 years of relevant industry experience required. Prior investment and/or trading experience preferred. Trade settlements and reconciliation experience preferred. Aladdin and CTM experience preferred.
